Ingredients

16 oz fresh strawberries
2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar good quality
3 tsp blue agave nectar
1/2 tsp Sel Magic Classic Blend ground fine with a mortar and pestle
black pepper fresh ground to taste

Instructions

Wash and slice the berries in half and remove the stem tops. Place in mixing bowl. Add agave syrup, balsamic, Sel Magique, and a generous grind of black pepper. Gently mix to coat the berries.
Plate 2 portions and drizzle remaining sauce over the berries.
