CORN + LIME AVOCADO TOAST
Crispy multi-grain toast, with an avocado spread - topped with shredded corn, a squeeze of lime, and sprinkled with Sel Magique.
- 1/2 Avocado mashed
- 1 ear Corn shredded
- 1/4 Fresh Lime Juice
- 1/8 tbsp Sel Magique
- 1 slice Whole Grain Bread toasted
- 2/3 tsp Butter melted
- Slice one thick piece of whole grain bread, toasted lightly. Cut half an avocado, peeled and de pitted. Grab a bowl, and mash until the avocado. Next, grill the corn until it is either golden or charred. Once the ear is grilled to perfection, slice the kernals from the cob and into a bowl. After melting the butter, add it to the kernals. Spread the mash evenly on the toasted bread. Next, moderately squeeze the lime on the mash. On top of that, add a few spoonfuls of the buttered kernals. Last but not least sprinkle Sel Magique, and serve.
