Heirloom Tomato & Buffalo Mozzarella Caprese
Celebrate the end of summer and tomato season with this simple and delicious heirloom tomato caprese.
- 2 large Heirloom Tomatoes
- 1/2 lb Buffalo Mozzarella fresh
- 1 1/2 tbs Olive oil
- 1/2 tsp Balsamic vinegar
- 1-2 fresh Basil leaves
- 1-2 dashes Sel Magique Classic or Salt & Pepper Blend
- Assemble the salad with slices of tomatoes, basil leaves, and mozzarella slices.
- Sprinkle extra virgin olive oil over the salad. Add a dash of vinegar and season with Sel Magique Classic or Salt & Pepper Blend.
