HOT COCOA MAGUQIE
Inspired by the creamy, comforting taste of Mexican Hot Cocoa, this recipe adds the complexity and flavor that is Magique!
Servings: 2
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Dark dry cocoa, unsweetened
- 1/2 oz Turbinado (unrefiined) sugar
- 1/2 tsp powdered cinnamon
- .3 tsp powdered cayenne
- pinch nutmeg
- pinch Sel Magique Classic Blend
- 1 cup Whole Milk
- 1/2 cup Cream
Instructions
- Wisk together all the dry ingredients
- Heat the milk and cream in saucepan until hot - do not boil
- Place 3 teaspoons of the dry mixture in your favorite mug
- Pour 3/4 of the Milk and cream blend into the mug and mix
- Optional: Whisk the ingredients together to aeriate and create a more velvety texture
- Garnish with a dollop of whipped cream, chocolate shavings, and a dash of cinnamon
- Enjoy!
